Naomi Brooker – Founder & CEO
Naomi founded SUADA in 2017 after almost a decade working in PR agencies, leading teams and managing the reputations of some of Australia’s most established brands. Determined to do things differently, Naomi has built SUADA to become the go-to for purpose-driven organisations looking to influence positive, sustainable change.
Naomi has a proven track record in communications strategy, stakeholder relations, influencer engagement and crisis management, and specialises in education and Indigenous Studies. Naomi is completing a PhD on racial literacy in corporate leadership, having already completed in-depth research into the potential and impact of social media activism relating to Indigenous deaths in custody.
Jon Frazer – Government Relations & Policy Adviser
For the past 13 years, Jon has helped to lead policy debate and drive reforms through advice to federal, state and local governments, industry and the community. With a robust network of contacts across the public and private sectors, Jon has a proven track record of cutting through complex policy issues and communicating persuasive arguments that trigger positive, lasting change. Jon brings this influence and enthusiasm to his advisory role at SUADA, enabling smarter and more strategic communication with key decision makers.
Jillian McKee – Media Manager
Ex News Corp journalist, Jillian McKee spent the early years of her career working at one of the biggest newsrooms in the country before moving into media and public relations. Since then, Jill has driven media in a number of fast-paced government sectors, including at NSW Health and Fire and Rescue NSW. These roles saw her work in issues and crisis management through both the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2020 NSW bushfires. Jill brings a passion to drive positive change through her work, and her experience helps our clients tell their stories via media and social media platforms.
Tyla Lane – Communications Consultant
Tyla is committed to using impactful communication strategies to drive positive change. As a recent graduate from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Communications (Media), Tyla’s academic journey has equipped her with a solid foundation in communications and public relations, blending theoretical knowledge with practical skills.
Tyla’s background involves the development of engaging digital content across a range of social and online channels, and supporting brands to tell their stories in the most impactful way. Driven by a passion for supporting causes that contribute to societal betterment, Tyla brings a fresh perspective to the SUADA team.
